Theme “LactPlate 1.1” for WordPress 1.5

Updated “LactPlate 1.1“.

It’s included only bugfix around Magik Creeping Text. See also detail of initial release. This bug and way to solve the problem are reported from W. Chen. thanks and 謝謝你.

And I might could update new release within a week.
